[awips2-users] No Active IFPServer found

I'm trying to start the Graphical Forecast Editor (GFE) but I keep getting
the error "No Active IFPServer for site: BOU" Has anyone come across this
error and if so how did you resolve it. The GFE is something I really have
to get working.
