[awips2-users] EDEX Not Ingesting or Storing Text/Satellite Data

Hello,

I'm having an issue where text/raobs/satellite imagery is not being stored
in /data_store, not being converted into hdf5 files. Grib files are storing
and decoding fine.

I'm using LDM and NOAAPORT if that is of any help.

In  edex-ingest-20150604.log it displays 'Heartbeats are disabled'.

Thank you to anyone that can oint me in the right direction for a fix to
this problem.
