Hello,

I'm having an issue where I have to convert a second order packing grib1
file to simple packing within LDM for Awips2. I've compiled the grib_api
from ECMWF to do this. However, I receive an error code of status 1 from
EXEC when passing the grib-set to it.

I'm scratching my head over this issue.
