If you encounter the following error updating CAVE from 14.4 to 15.1 (which
happens in the pre-uninstall RPM section)
The fix is:
yum remove awips2-alertviz
rm -rf /awips2/alertviz
yum install awips2-alertviz
>From 15.1 onward this will not happen again.
