Hello,


I recently installed AWIPS II 16.2.2, and in the IngestGrib log file, I'm 
getting a number of 'Unable to connect to broker errors'


The log shows:


"[Ingest.GribDecode-2] AMQConnection:


Unable to connect to broker at 
tcp://awips2-1-testing:5672?connectdelay='5000'&connecttimeout='5000'&heartbeat='0'&retries='9999'


....

Error connecting to broker.

....

Connection refused... "


I've enclosed a screen-capture of the /etc/sysconfig/iptables file in case that 
is where the problem lays...
