[awips2-users] edex-cloud back online (again)

Seeing some performance issues with the Jetstream VM hosting edex-cloud
this week.  It's back online this morning and ingesting real-time data
again after some unexplained power downs, we're having XSEDE look into it
further.

Be aware there may connectivity issues. Will update when I know more.
