Is it possible to use the AWIPS Development Environment on macOS? If so,
what is required (beyond a JDK, of course)? I'd like to get a debugger onto
the Mac version if possible so I can try to learn some more about why I'm
seeing some errors with GIS datasets using labels (which seemed to improve
in 17.1.1-3 but then broke for good again in 17.1.1-4 and -5).
