[awips2-users] EDEX-Cloud is active again

Hi folks,

We had some issues over the last couple of days on our platform provider
for edex-cloud, making the server unavailable for a time.

The server is up and accepting connections again and is being watched
closely today. Hopefully the hiccups are over for now.
