The actual values in the grib files range from 0 to 1.0 at maximum, but
the colormap for it goes from 0 to 100.  I can change the colormap to
go from 0 to 1, but then it doesn't plot numbers on the legend.  Has
anyone fixed this on their own edex server?  If so, then how was this
done?
