ADDITIONAL RADAR DATA AND A NEW LABORATORY EXERCISE
NOW AVAILABLE FOR COMET CASE STUDY 004 (BOW ECHO)
Three new radar locations have been added to COMET case study #004,
the Bow echo event over Paducah, KY on 5 May 1996. The new locations
are Saint Louis, MO (LSX), Kansas City, MO (EAX), and Springfield, MO
(SGF).
The new datasets are available through the CODIAC system for
searching, browsing, and ordering subsets of the data for delivery via
FTP. The 8mm tape with the complete case study has also been updated
to contain the new datasets.

In addition to the radar data, a laboratory exercise has been included.
The lab, used in the COMAP Symposium 98-1, was developed by Ron
