This is a notification that the GFS upgrade to version 16 *has been delayed*
due to CWD.

Critical Weather Day has been declared for severe weather outbreaks across
the southeast US, so the upgrade to GFSv16 will not be on Wednesday, 3/17
at 1200UTC.

We are working to finalize the new date for the upgrade now, and will
update the SCNs and send a new email notification as soon as the new date
is known.
