[conduit] Is "FRET" field in NDFD Conduit datastream?

Howdy,

I don't seem to see the reference crop evapotranspiration "FRET" product within 
the NDFD CONDUIT datastream.

Does anybody know if this is truly the case or why that may be it is not 
included?
