[idvusers] new visualization techniques

Hi,
The IDV team at  Unidata is excited to announce an effort to develop a 
new set of visualization techniques that blends the kinesthetic with the 
aesthetic. Though this announcement is 5 weeks early we really wanted to 
share it with you now.
