[idvusers] Two questions

I'm reading through the IDV tutorial and I've begun to display some of 
my model data from a local
WRF model. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to change the 
display of say...snow depth...
from meters to inches? Also...how can I get it to display wind barbs(kts)?
