[idvusers] 20241209: IDV 6.3 is available for download now

Dear IDV Community,

We are excited to announce that IDV 6.3 is now available for download at:

This major release introduces several new features and enhancements, including:

Pre/Post Processing for Applications Including Machine Learning
Enhanced Level II Radar Grid Displays
Multiple Variables Cross-Section Display (attached image)
Two Variables Time-Height Display
Zoom Enhancements

In addition:

The Windows installer is now code-signed for added security.
The macOS installer has been notarized by Apple, ensuring smooth
installation on macOS systems.
