On Wednesday, Feb. 14th, NetWork Engineering must
power off a core router to insert a card. Network services
will be unavailable  to approximately
1/3 of network users.  This includes e-mail
services, central file services, Internet services,
and other remote services associated with the
network.  Please plan accordingly.
