VAD winds in NOAAPORT

Neither McIDAS nor GEMPAK can display the VAD winds which will be in the
NOAAPORT datastream.
Has anyone already worked with these, or can possibly point me towards some
documentation?
I have not had any luck finding documentation on the product.
