UW Campus Network Outage

[UW SSEC Data Center <datacenter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

The UW Madison network backbone has been having problems this morning, 
and we have been without network connectivity since about 1730UTC.  It 
just now came back up (1945UTC) but we have not been notified if the 
problems have been completely resolved.  We will keep you posted if more 
outages are expected.
