NIU down with DOS

I just talked with Gilbert Sebenste at NIU. Their entire University is down
from hackers.He called it a DOS attack. Gilbert asked me to let everyone know about this. We are 
also not seeing any data from our failover...Wyoming.

Can someone let UK have a temporary feed until NIU come back up?
