[ldm-users] University of Washington power shutdown on Sunday

The power to our building at the University of Washington is scheduled 
to be shut down starting at noon PDT (1900 UTC) on this Sunday, October 
25th, and come back no later than 4 p.m. (2300 UTC).  Sites feeding from 
us should use their alternate feeds during this time.
