OK I let it settle overnight ..
quick sampling of a few locales
it is still going on,
and yes I looked at sites with activity
and sites in the sun..
no difference...
Never had to call Tech operations before ...

Jeff,
That might be because a number of WFO's have strong thunderstorms over
them, and they're losing their NOAAport signal. See if it goes away in an
hour or two.
