[ldm-users] GRB data outage.

FYI - we have noticed a GRB outage on G-East and G-West, and could be a
continuing problem from NESDIS's software update.  Last product we received
was around 1638GMT, not quite 30 minutes ago.

If anyone else has a different experience, please let us know.
