I am setting up an LDM node for an independent weather-data research
project and am looking for an upstream IDD site willing to provide a small
observational feed.

Location: Luxembourg
Forward and reverse DNS: configured and matching
Requested feed:
- IDS|DDPLUS
- Global METAR and SPECI surface observations only
- No model, radar, satellite, or gridded products
The project studies near-real-time weather-observation availability and
publication latency. I can open TCP port 388 as soon as an upstream is
assigned.
If possible, I would appreciate primary and secondary upstream hosts.
Please let me know which upstream hostname(s), ALLOW configuration, and
request pattern I should use.
