Regarding
scn26-48_RRFS_and_REFS_Implementation.pdf<https://www.weather.gov/media/notification/pdf_2026/scn26-48_RRFS_and_REFS_Implementation.pdf>,
I notice no RRFS or REFS data is appearing on the Unidata TDS yet. Will they
automagically start appearing on September 1? On a related note, are there
recommended pqact or table changes required for local LDM machines to start
ingesting these?
