[ldm-users] NOAAport outage

NOAAport/SBN has been dead as a doornail since 18Z. As I type this at 19:22Z, 
it's still down. NWSchat is saying that it's a "comms outage", but no further 
information is available.

I have our E-EMWIN by FTP feed turned on at COD. I am getting METARs and a few 
other products, but that's it.
