That is so weird, because now that we are on new hardware, a new OS, we have
the exact same issue: severe thunderstorm warnings and weather watches show up
intermittently, if at all. I can't blame slow hardware now.
I am going to try replacing DDS with DDS|PPS. Do you think that will be
acceptable to the XCD decoder?
