I have decoded some radar echo data from GRIB2 to ascii, but I don't
have any English language documentation on how the radar echo data are
put into the file.
I now need to know how to determine the latitude, longitude and dBz (or
dBm) of the data from the ascii numbers. Can anyone provide me with some
documentation or a radar template/table file for interpreting my ascii
file of echo data?
