It should read

"Jeff Whitaker of the NOAA Earth System Research Lab has developed anetCDF-4 module for python:http://www.cdc.noaa.gov/people/jeffrey.s.whitaker/python/netCDF4.html";


That link should be made a real hyperlink as well.
