[netcdfgroup] Problem with dap4_test

Hi,

I'm trying to pass all the tests of the netcdf 4.6.3 distribution I 
installed but I have a test that doesn't pass in dap4_test 
(test_remote.sh).
I have the impression that the test server is down? I have a 404 error 
on https://remotetest.unidata.ucar.edu/d4ts/

> netcdf-c-4.6.3/dap4_test% more test_remote.sh.log
> test_remote.sh:
> not found: d4ts
> FAIL test_remote.sh (exit status: 139)
