Howdy all! I've just added a PDB reader to the NetCDF Expansion Pack. The Protein Data Bank (PDB) is a global digital archive containing the three-dimensional atomic coordinates and spatial structures of biological macromolecules like proteins, serving as the core reference library for understanding protein folding. PDB is the data format used. Now it can be opened by netCDF. [image: image.png] Keep on NetCDFing! Ed Hartnett
