THE TERMINAL AERODROME FORECAST FOR THE CARIBOU MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
/KCAR/ TO 24 HOUR COVERAGE. VALID TIMES FOR ROUTINE AND AMENDED
TAF ISSUANCES...WHICH PREVIOUSLY EXTENDED ONLY FROM 1200 UTC
UNTIL 0200 UTC...WILL NOW COVER A FULL 24 HOUR PERIOD.
THIS CHANGE WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY ACTION FROM NWS PERSONNEL...
