To all user of METEOSAT data in BUFR code

         in BUFR code for global exchange
Ref.:    NOXX01 EDZW 121330 of March 2002

We have been informed from EUMETSAT that the GTS
distribution of the additional METEOSAT data in BUFR
code from the METEOSAT 6 Rapid Scanning Service (RSS)
at 09 degrees West planned for 25 March 2002, 1200 UTC
has to be postponed until further notice due to technical
reason.
