20050919: GOES 12 outage

GOES Anomaly Notification:

Due to an unanticipated Earth Sensor Intrusion at around 1530Z, the GOES-12 ops 
schedule was suspended. Engineers are currently troubleshooting and GOES-10 is about 
to switch to the FullDisk schedule as temporary coverage.

We expect it to be at least several hours prior to resuming nominal operations on 
G-12.

GOES-10 was switched to Full Disk mode at 1733z and will remain until further 
notice.
