Update:  Wallops CDA reported that the T1 line is down and Quest is 
working on it.  When the T1 line comes up Domain 5 will have to be rebooted.

East and West LRIT (Low-Rate Information Transmission), is down.  There 
is a problems at Wallops Island, VA with domain 5.
