My name is Dan Starosta. Since John Ward is now working at EMC, I have
been asked to temporarily provide some support to PMB. John sent you a
notice that we began a 30-day test of the RTMA & Downscaled Numerical
Guidance (DNG) for Hawaii and Puerto Rico on Tuesday, 29 July. We would
appreciate any help you can provide in evaluating this new guidance.
