[nws-changes] 20090714: NWSTG NOAAnet

On Thursday July 16 at 10:00am EDT (14:00UTC), NOAANet will perform software maintenance on the customer edge devices at the NWS Telecommunications Gateway (NWSTG Silver Spring).
A window of 2hr is scheduled. Expected outage is 15min during router reboot. 


_*Affected Traffic*__*:

This maintenance does not apply to the following traffic
   Between NESDIS/NATICE and DATMS-U
   Between Internet/Campus OCN and NWSTG servers
   NCEP
This maintenance is applicable to all other traffic 
   Between NWSTG and directly connected customers
   Between NWSTG and NOAANet TG Partners(including Regions)

Please note:
   Links to directly connected users will remain up.
   NOAANet customer connections will remain up.


_*Critical Weather:*_
If the scheduled date is designated a Critical Weather Day, the outage may be postponed.

contact me if the timing of this outage presents a critical problem for
your operations.

action but was left off the mailing list.  I would appreciate if you
would send me the email address of anyone that should be informed of
