Hi All,

  The upgrade to the GFS has been implemented.  You will see output from
the new GFS effective with today's 12Z cycle.  It is expected that some
of the meteorological fields that customers receive via NOAAPORT could
be a bit noiser thand those from the old GFS due to the higher
resolution model data.  It is also expected that some products from the
GFS, GEFS, WAVE, GFDL, HWRF, and SREF model suites could be delayed or
vary by 3-8 minutes on any given cycle due to the higher resolution GFS.
