MHS data were out of bounds due to a instrument anomaly. Consequently,
no Metop-A MSPPS MHS products (Rain Rate, Ice Water Path, Snow Cover,
Snow Water Equivalent, and Snowfall) are being generated and available
to users.
The reason for the anomaly is unknown at this time and under
investigation at EUMETSAT. Recovery information shall be distributed as
soon as it becomes available.
*Update #1*: The MHS anomaly reported has been rectified and Metop MHS
data and MSPPS products have been available since 13:03Z.
*Update #2 * Due to a MetOp Instrument anomaly, MHS data will be
unavailable after the completion of the scheduled maneuver until further
notice. Recovery information shall be distributed as soon as it becomes
available.
