  The 2-week evaluation for the Global RTOFS system will begin tomorrow, 
Wednesday Sep. 28, 2011, effective with the 12Z cycle.  Please read the 
attached letter and send me your intent on participating in this evaluation no 
later than October 3, 2011.

  As always, please ask if you have questions.  Specific questions re: the 
product should be addressed to Avichal Mehra (cc'ed above).
