   The NOAA National Weather Service MicroART upper air system in
   Mcgrath, Alaska will be decommissioned on or shortly after August
   20, 2013, and installation of the new Radiosonde Replacement System
   (RRS) will begin.  No upper air observations will be provided from
   this office while RRS is being installed.

   Beginning on August 27, 2013, or shortly thereafter, upper air
   observations will be issued using the RRS and GPS LMS-6  radiosondes.

   Please update your databases.
