[THREDDS #HQP-472079]: THREDDS WCS server

Hi Martin:

We will be upgrading it to WCS 1.1 in the next few months. Meanwhile the 
current 1.0 version is reasonably stable, within its limitations, see

  http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/docs/WCS/index.html

We would be happy to hear feedback on any problems you see.
