Adding Individual Files
You must have a <fmrcInventory> element in the <datasetFmrc>. Thelocation, suffix, and lastModifiedLimit are all passed to a dataset Scan.


should be:

You must have a <fmrcInventory> element in the <datasetFmrc>. The location, 
suffix, and olderThan attributes are all passed to a datasetScan.
