[thredds] Announcement: TDS 4.1.2 now available

Hi all,

TDS 4.1.2 is now available from the TDS page:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/TDS.html

This release includes:

- Various bug fixes and improvements to log messages.
- Simplification of steps needed to run multiple TDS on a
  single Tomcat instance.
