[thredds] ANNOUNCE: TDS 4.2.2 now available

Hi all,

TDS 4.2.2 is now available. It includes the following bug fixes:

- A fix so that the IDV and ToolsUI dataset viewer links now
  deliver working JNLP files.
- A fix so that TDS running under Tomcat 5.5 no longer throw
  errors on WMS requests.
- Includes a fix from ncWMS to improve the performance
  of PixelMap.
