[thredds] Announce: TDS 4.2.4 now available

Hi all,

TDS 4.2.4 is now available from the usual place:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/TDS.html

It includes the following:

- featureCollection extended to point data
- ncISO included in distribution (thanks to Dave Neufeld and Ted
Habermann, NOAA/NGDC)
- Added projection EPSG:3857 (used by GoogleMaps) to default CRS list
used in WMS GetCapabilities documents
- Various other bug fixes
