[thredds] Latest toolsUI is missing the Trajectory tab

Hi,

I'm want to use toolsUI to look at some trajectory data, but the trajectory
tab seems to be missing.  It shows up as a blank blue rectangle and
produces a message on the console when the tab is pressed.
