[thredds] NetCDF-Java ToolsUI (webstart)

Hello,

We are trying to use the NetCDF-Java ToolsUI (webstart) viewer available 
from the dataset pages in our TDS (version 4.17 on a Ubuntu precise 
server with Java 7 and Tomcat 7). But we get the following error:

Unable to load resource: 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/v4.3/webstart/jdom.jar

Should we have this file available locally? Or is it really a file 
missing at Unidata?
