[thredds] Errors in TDS source code in Eclipse IDE

Hi all,

recently I have mounted the TDS source code in Eclipse to make some
changes, and then appears me in the Eclipse Problems tab multiple errors,
files with bad package names (e.g. GuiTest.java), error by modifiers
(NetcdfFile.java)...

mvn install runs ok before and after I fixed the errors.

It is normal?.
