[thredds] TDS 4.5 rescan issue

Hi,

 

I have couple featurecollections that used to be working under TDS 4.3. When
I switched to 4.5, I noticed the rescan doesn't seem to work anymore. Here
is the config:

 

<update startup="true" rescan="0 15 * * * ? *" trigger="allow"/>

 

The featureCollectionScan.log indicates the scan was conducted but the new
files were not aggregated...

 

Anyone could shed some light on this?
