The HTML interface for a netCDF OPeNDAP link in TDS (e.g.
http://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/dodsC/grib/NCEP/DGEX/CONUS_12km/TwoD.html)
references this style sheet:

<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen"
href="/thredds/tdsDap.css"/>

and that CSS file seems to be missing from recent thredds.war files.

Is is missing or am I missing something?
